Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and servers.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.

  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.

  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, including user account setup and access control.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory with proper documentation.

  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and cabling.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.

  • Ensure all tasks comply with company IT policies and procedures.

  • Occasionally travel to client sites for support activities.
