Nova-Tek Innovations has an immediate opening for a junior Support IT Technician to join our team. We are seeking an individual with great people skills that is initiative-taking and has the right attitude to learn in a fast pace and growing environment. This position will have a supervisor; however, you must have strong self-drive to provide client support, day to day helpdesk, troubleshooting, and assisting Senior IT Technicians. The candidate must have their own vehicle as traveling to various locations is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Providing helpdesk support to queries via email, in person, or/and phone
• Ability to support multiple clients with various systems
• Ability to document workflows and processes
• Ability to troubleshoot printer issues
• Ability to join computers to domains
