Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced and self-reliant Junior Support Engineer specialising in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar sector in South Africa. The Junior Solar Support Engineer plays a vital role in project development, collaborating with the Project Engineer and Project Manager. Responsibilities include monitoring and fault-finding in the existing asset portfolio, as well as contributing to the sizing, pricing, and initial technical designs of solar projects.
Key Requirements: Education & Experience BTech Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience in Renewable Energy, particularly solar. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Familiarity with solar software like Helioscope and PV Syst.
