Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide high‑quality on‑site support for users and video conferencing environments across two work settings. Some days will be dedicated to one of our clients, while the rest will be spent providing internal workplace support.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Provide on-site IT support, resolving tickets and assisting users.
  • Support video conferencing rooms by setting them up, troubleshooting and performing proactive checks.
  • Perform hands-and-eyes tasks for the network and voice systems (patching, basic testing and coordination with providers).
  • Manage end-user assets throughout their lifecycle (provisioning, returns and stock control).
