Job Description
- Supervises and manages subordinates and their activities to measure performance based on standards, behavior, and discipline; determines training needs to respond to production requirements; recommends employee movement such as promotion, transfers, etc.; schedules subordinates overtime and approves leave applications, undertime and shift change.
- Implements the production schedule, monitors and regulates production input and output to meet shipment schedules. Makes the necessary adjustments.
- Ensures that maximum productivity from men, materials and equipment are met; keep to minimum level wastage of materials, man hour and power consumption.
- Supports the process engineer in the conducts of line evaluation.
- Ensures the compliance of production personnel to established and approved work standards, processes and safety requirements.
