Junior Strategy consultant

Role Overview

To support the development of enterprise strategy, value creation plans, long‑term business plans, portfolio reviews, and strategic transformation initiatives across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of enterprise and subsidiary‑level 5‑year strategies, value creation plans, and long‑term business plans.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize strategic growth opportunities, operational improvement initiatives, transformation programs, and strategic investments.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, industry analysis, strategic fact‑base development, and opportunity sizing exercises.
• Support the creation of 5‑year business plans, annual strategic plans, budgets, and long‑term forecasts.
• Lead strategic reviews of portfolio companies, business units, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
