Junior Steward(ess)

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Stewardess to join a Private M/Y. To begin with, the Stew’s primary responsibilities will be laundry and housekeeping, so a strong eye for detail is valued. Someone who practices active listening, is eager to learn and is motivated to grow within the industry. The service style on board is formal; therefore, training will be provided where necessary. Once the Stew is comfortable and confident, they will be introduced to service duties and take on a more guest-facing duties. There is excellent longevity within the crew and a positive onboard culture, so someone with a bubbly personality and a positive attitude would be a great fit for this team. Excellent references are essential.
