Key Responsibilities
- Understand software requirements and technical specifications.

- Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and team members to ensure quality standards are met.
- Validate fixes and perform re-testing of resolved issues.
