Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Splunk Engineer to support the operation of the on-premise Splunk SIEM platform. As part of the transition from the existing partner, you will be integrated into a large enterprise security environment and work closely with senior engineers to ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality operations.
Responsibilities
Operational Support (L1/L2)
Perform daily health checks of Splunk components, ingestion flows, alerts, and platform performance.
- Handle L1/L2 Incidents, Service Requests, and standard Changes under ITSM processes.
- Support monitoring of EPS, log volume, bandwidth, and platform utilization.
Assist in building and maintaining Health Check dashboards and operational reports.
Log Source Onboarding Support
Collect technical details for new log sources and assist senior engineers with CIM-based onboarding tasks.
