Lime Recruit is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade of one of the Cotswold's best regarded restaurants. The Junior Sous Chef who is going to be succesful in this role, will have a calm demeanour, passionate eye for detail and a stable background in fine dining, or high end brasserie establishments. The renumeration package for this unique opportunity is circa £26,000 per annum

About You

• You will be the perfect foil for the highly regarded Head Chef, and you will be instrumental in development of the Commis Chefs
• You will have a stable background in rosette kitchens or equal equivalent
• Your passion for food will be second to none - and you will impart this on the junior team
