Working Pattern: 45 hours per week. Includes evenings and weekend shifts depending on rota.

Dough Religion are a new-school slice joint with an old-school obsession for great dough. Serving up 18-inch New York-style pizzas, layered with bold, 'craveable' flavours and crafted with premium ingredients from the UK and Italy, Dough Religion is here to shake up the city’s pizza scene. We’re looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef with experience leading successful kitchen teams and working with fresh dough.
