(Junior) SommelierARCA, a restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, brings a relaxed and approachable Portuguese sharing plates concept with modern flavours, Asian influences, and impressive cocktails to the city center of Amsterdam.We are looking for the jewels ((Jr) Sommelier) in our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand. In you, we are looking to find:
