Job Description

Crown is seeking a motivated Junior Site Manager to join our team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. This is a site-based rotational role operating on a 3‑week rotation with a long weekend at home, with flights and accommodation provided.

You will support day-to-day site operations, coordinate labour and subcontractors, assist with RAMS, QA and weekly progress reports, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
