Junior Shipper - Receiver – Satellite systems team, Montreal office.

Role Overview

Performs various tasks related to the planning and control of shipping and receiving. In addition, may be required to perform the duties of a production clerk and general helper.

Level of Responsibility

Works within well‑established processes and duties. Some analysis is required before independently selecting from known processes.

Responsibilities

• Receives merchandise at the loading docks or in the yard.
• Records receipt of merchandise in the company system.
• Communicates and follows up on any receiving problems.
• Packs goods and completes shipping documents according to specifications.
• Monitors and requests purchase of receiving, shipping and packaging materials.
• Coordinates outbound shipments.
