  • Help improve and streamline the service request process
  • Simplify the service catalogue so it’s easier for users to navigate
  • Work with technical teams to define request steps, approvals, and workflows
  • Create simple reports and dashboards to track request volumes and performance
  • Support new teams in adding their services to the catalogue
  • Explain technical information in clear, simple terms for non-technical users

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to turn technical details into easy-to-understand information
  • Knowledge of ITIL (or willingness to learn)
