Requirements
- Ensure service requests follow ITIL best practices
- Review the service catalogue to keep information clear, accurate, and up to date
- Help improve and streamline the service request process
- Simplify the service catalogue so it’s easier for users to navigate
- Work with technical teams to define request steps, approvals, and workflows
- Create simple reports and dashboards to track request volumes and performance
- Support new teams in adding their services to the catalogue
- Explain technical information in clear, simple terms for non-technical users
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to turn technical details into easy-to-understand information
- Knowledge of ITIL (or willingness to learn)
