Junior Security Event Support Engineer

We are looking for full-time Junior Security Event Support Engineer with basic experience to be based in Permas Jaya, Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security infrastructure to ensure the protection of the company's systems and data.

With this position, your responsibilities will require you to:

Act as the first line of monitoring: regularly review logs and alerts for unusual activities (e.g., suspicious commands, login anomalies, unexpected system behavior).

Escalate potential incidents to senior engineers with supporting log evidence.

Monitor incoming security alerts and ensure correct ticketing/reporting systems.

Maintain integration points between alerting systems and reporting channels.

Assist in preparing incident logs, evidence, and reports for investigations.
