Responsibilities
Provide on-going SAP functional and technical enhancements, incident troubleshooting and resolution Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customers needs, gather and document requirements Customize and upgrade the existing solution following the business requirements (Change requests) Debug and test Work in Jira
Requirements
Experience in SAP CRM Experience in billing, sales and services business processes Expertise in SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) will be a big plus Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
