We are looking for a Junior SAP CRM Support Specialist to make our team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-going SAP functional and technical enhancements, incident troubleshooting and resolution
  • Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and analyst/consultant to understand customers needs, gather and document requirements
  • Customize and upgrade the existing solution following the business requirements (Change requests)
  • Debug and test
  • Work in Jira
  • Requirements

  • Experience in SAP CRM
  • Experience in billing, sales and services business processes
  • Expertise in SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) will be a big plus
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
