Junior Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Customer Support Executive who is bilingual in Portuguese and English. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to work with SaaS products. You will support customers, assist with product implementation, and work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and calls in both Portuguese and English

• Assist customers with SaaS product onboarding and basic implementation

• Understand customer needs and help guide them toward appropriate solutions

• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups, demos, and documentation

• Troubleshoot basic product issues and escalate when needed
