Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and architecture of reasoning and decision-capable AI agent systems for automotive applications

  • Integration of LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques into engineering workflows

  • Development of frameworks for agent autonomy, verification, and explainability in technical domains

  • Apply agentic systems to real-world engineering challenges in powertrain and vehicle systems development

  • Collaboration with academic partners on fundamental AI explainability and transparency research

  • Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparable) with a focus on Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline; completion by August 2026 at the latest and eligibility for admission to a doctoral program are required
