Research Associate to support their growing research and recruitment function.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate or someone with around 6–18

months' experience in research, data, recruitment, or a similar analytical environment.

The Role
You will support senior recruiters by researching the insurance market, mapping talent,

maintaining accurate datasets, and providing clear market insight to support live recruitment

projects and business development activity.
