Key Responsibilities
- Data Processing & Coding: Perform manual coding and sentiment analysis while cleaning large datasets in Excel to ensure they are ready for high‑quality client reports.
- AI & Automation Support: Assist in testing and refining Generative AI (GenAI) prompts and support the deployment of automation scripts (VBA, Python, or Apps Script).
