Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week (U.S. EST)

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to manage candidates from initial screening through placement. This is a performance-driven, metrics-focused role where consistency, follow-through, and speed matter.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6 months of recruiting or staffing experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven, performance-based role
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and job boards
