Position Summary-

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment (IT & Non-IT) to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, effectively source and engage candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and deliver quality hires aligned with client requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
