Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience , preferably for US-based roles.
- Strong knowledge of US employment market trends and candidate expectations.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
- Familiarity with time zone differences and ability to work flexible hours to align with US schedules.
- Experience sourcing for IT, Accounting/Finance, Engineering and customer service roles .
- Knowledge of US compliance and hiring practices .
- Ability to leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and social media platforms.
- Willing for a night shift schedule.
