Location: Hybrid – Medellín, Colombia
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
Salary: Competitive – Based on experience
Contract: Long-term contract with full Colombian benefits.
What We're Looking For:
Junior Recruiter with experience in sales and/or management environments
Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience supporting or working with U.S.-based clients
Staffing/agency background preferred
English level: Conversational to Advanced
