Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM
Job Purpose:
The Junior Recruiter supports recruitment operations by sourcing applicants, assisting in candidate management, conducting interviews as assigned, and ensuring complete HRIS documentation. The Junior Recruiter performs recruitment tasks collaboratively with the Senior Recruiter and helps maintain a smooth hiring process through accurate records, scheduling support, and timely candidate follow-ups.
