Overview

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Junior Recruiter on a permanent basis on our People & Culture team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early career professional to build HR knowledge and gain exposure across multiple industries. The successful candidate will expand their knowledge in recruitment, total rewards, and collective bargaining agreements. What you’ll do

• Lead the recruitment process for positions across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). This includes creating sourcing plans, leading interviews, creating offer letters, assessing due diligence results, and managing post‑hire inquiries.
