Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our recruitment system
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting vacancies on platforms
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers
