Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Basic understanding of costing, measurements, and BOQs
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Proficiency in Excel (CCS Candy/QTO advantageous but not compulsory)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with measurements and cost estimates
  • Assisting with subcontractor payment certificates
  • Preparing and updating BOQs
  • Supporting project costing and procurement processes
  • Working closely with Operations/Site Management and Senior QS
