Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist. They are looking to hire a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a data centre construction project in Belgium.

RESPONSIBILITIES


You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate cost reporting, monitoring, and forecasting for building & engineering works

  • Managing and producing Bill of Quantities

  • Visiting site, conducting surveys and measurements

  • Estimating the financial implications linked to program developments, contingencies, unforeseen events, etc.

  • Conducting price analyses

  • Carrying out assessments of claims

  • Conducting economic monitoring during the works phase

  • Organising subcontract settlements
