Junior Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team at AcBel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.'. As a Junior Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes. This full-time position is based in Calamba City Laguna.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to monitor and improve product quality
• Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as production and engineering, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Responsible for the tactical planning, execution and controlling to enable QC Team to function more efficiently and effectively.
