Job Description

We are looking for a Junior QA/QC Engineer with strong experience in building construction projects

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the UAE/GCC with a proven track record in high‑rise building projects

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Availability: Preferably immediate joiners

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures on site.
  • Ensure all works are executed in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants and project teams to close NCRs, MIRs, and ITRs efficiently.
  • Prepare QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards and ISO procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in high‑rise or large‑scale building projects is mandatory.
