Junior Proposal Writer

We are looking for an innovative and accountable Junior Proposal Writer with a passion for delivering the right solution to serve each client's unique needs. You are an expert in your field take pride in your work and build trust by following through on your commitments to your clients, partners, and colleagues. In this role you will support KWL's competitive proposals by developing clear, engaging non-technical content and assisting with proposal coordination activities. This role is well suited to an early-career writer who enjoys collaborating with others, contributing to group settings, and growing their skills in proposal development. This position offers potential for growth, including opportunities to advance into a Proposal Coordinator role.
