Kipling Group seeks a Junior Property Accountant for its Toronto-based multi-family portfolio. Handle financial reports, bank reconciliations, and budget preparation with attention to detail.
This role requires a minimum of one year in property management or residential real estate. As a Junior Property Accountant, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyze tenant accounts, and ensure accurate billing. A strong grasp of Yardi software is preferred, along with excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
