Overview:

This project is an expansion of the existing Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) to help clinicians obtain more complete information about drugs and pharmacy services that have been provided to all their patients. The DHDR will be expanded to include the addition of dispensed medication data elements contributed directly from Pharmacy Management Systems and hospitals, regardless of whether the medications were publicly funded, paid for directly by patients or by private insurers.
