- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of customer projects from prototype through production.
- Maintain regular communication with sales PMs to provide project updates and gather requirements.
- Coordinate internal team efforts to meet project deliverables and timelines.
- Support documentation and change management processes (e.g., ECOs, BOM updates, revision control).
- Help identify project risks and assist in implementing mitigation plans.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Support customer visits, audits, and conference calls as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, ISO standards, and quality requirements.
