Junior Project Coordinator Specialist

Job Summary The Project Specialist I will manage smaller, repeatable projects, with lower project governance requirements. This position will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are satisfied by providing specific deliverables consistent with the SOW. The ideal candidate is customer focused and driven by results, as well as a self-starter, team player, and has great interpersonal skills. Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain project project delivery schedules on small scale IMAC-D projects, under direction of a project manager or handling independently. Meet pre-defined project commitments and manage multiple workstreams. Create and manage cases to closure in Clearvision and other dispatch tools. Assign and manage work for technicians and provide first point of escalation for both technicians and clients.
