Junior Project Coordinator – Cross-Functional

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator who can work across multiple departments and support ongoing projects, operational tasks, and management reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced tech environment.

The candidate will closely coordinate with Project Managers, Product, Sales, Operations, and Senior Management to ensure smooth execution of tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
• Support project meetings by preparing agendas, notes, and action items.
