Junior Project Architect

WRNS Studio is seeking a Project Architect for our Honolulu studio. Responsibilities Lead design teams through all phases of projects, from concept to construction on various sizes and levels of complexity Provide project team leadership and coordinate with consultants to engage clients, aligning vision and deliverables Participate in production and oversee documentation of projects from concept, through entitlement, to permit submission Oversee construction administration, ensuring design intent is maintained through execution Exercise knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building materials, and construction techniques Work independently and as part of a project team, collaborating effectively to achieve excellence in design and sustainability Requirements Professional Degree in Architecture (BArch / MArch) Registered, licensed architect (LEED accreditation a plus) Minimum 8+ years of architectural and planning experience with strong technical, design, and leadership skills D...
