Job Description

We are looking for fresh Diploma/Degree graduates in Business Management or any related discipline to join us & to be trained as Junior Production Supervisor, supporting daily production operations and ensuring smooth workflow on the production floor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure daily production targets are met (quantity & schedule)
  • Monitor line productivity and efficiency
  • Allocate manpower according to production plan
  • Minimize downtime and bottlenecks

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure 5S and safety regulations are followed & maintained.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities in production line.
  • Ensure timely corrective action for machine break down.
  • Ensure proper labelling on the line.
  • Ensure all the operators meet their output and quality as per target given.
