Production Operation Job

• Ensures that machine functions correctly and reports any observation not in line with normal functionality.
• Oils and greases the machine and ensures it is working properly.
• Adjusts operating speed and controls load of machines.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
• Monitors finished goods from machines to match company quality standards.
• Monitors production flow outputted by the machine.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Observes HSE policies.
• Always wears personal protective equipment.
• Conducts thorough housekeeping to keep shopfloor clean and in order.

Records Management

• Ensures equipment and machine records and check sheets are reliable and up‑to‑date.
• Maintains daily report of goods manufactured.
• Checks newly commissioned and off‑specification machines for efficiency and submits findings.
