Job Description

UBQ is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Specialist to support our operations and procurement function in Madrid. In this role you will manage end-to-end procurement documentation, assist vendor management, and ensure data integrity across systems, while driving process automation.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in procurement support or related admin roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication.
