Junior Procurement Associate

Support the procurement team in purchasing materials and equipment for ELV and BMS systems. Ensure all purchases are cost-effective, delivered on time, and meet project and company requirements.

Requirements

  • Help plan and purchase ELV & BMS materials as per project needs.
  • Find and communicate with suppliers to get the best prices and terms.
  • Assist in comparing quotations and preparing evaluation sheets.
  • Make sure materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
  • Keep records of all purchases and track supplier performance.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Stay informed about new products, market prices, and key suppliers.
