junior process technician

Responsibilities :

• Support Process Engineer improve production quality yield and output
• Support Process Engineer implement of process control and monitoring technique
• Execute and complete the Process Engineer's planning
• Provide technical support to production
• Keeping any equipment in good working order eg. regular inspection, cleaning, servicing and maintenance
• Support engineer for new process setup and conduct study
• Responsible for gathering of data from process and reporting it to process engineer
• Know the process in great detail & responsible for identifying & troubleshooting at an appropriate level when the process is deviating from the norm and taking action to correct it
• Assist process engineer to maintain a highly optimized process
