Support the origination and execution of structured power transactions across the covered markets, contributing to the desk’s commercial activity and performance Support the senior originators in directly & indirectly building and maintaining relationships with IPPs, developers, utilities and other market participants Prepare term sheets, indicative pricing, internal approvals deal summaries and product pitches in coordination with the Power Desk Maintain and develop the origination pipeline in the CRM, ensuring opportunities are tracked and progressed in a timely manner. Prepare and present reports relying on the CRM system Work closely with trading, risk, legal, operations and credit teams to support transaction structuring, negotiation and implementation.
