Core Responsibilities / To-Do

  • POS Implementation Support
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and deployment of POS systems at store locations.
  • Support new store openings, system rollouts, and upgrades.
  • Perform system testing and validation after installation or configuration changes.
  • Coordinate with Operations and IT teams during implementation activities.
  • Ensure POS hardware and software are properly set up and operational before go-live.

Technical & Maintenance Support

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for POS hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Diagnose common system errors and escalate complex issues to senior support or vendors.
  • Conduct basic preventive maintenance on POS equipment (printers, scanners, terminals).
  • Monitor system performance and report recurring issues.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support when required.
