Core Responsibilities / To-Do
- POS Implementation Support
- Assist in installation, configuration, and deployment of POS systems at store locations.
- Support new store openings, system rollouts, and upgrades.
- Perform system testing and validation after installation or configuration changes.
- Coordinate with Operations and IT teams during implementation activities.
- Ensure POS hardware and software are properly set up and operational before go-live.
Technical & Maintenance Support
- Perform basic troubleshooting for POS hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Diagnose common system errors and escalate complex issues to senior support or vendors.
- Conduct basic preventive maintenance on POS equipment (printers, scanners, terminals).
- Monitor system performance and report recurring issues.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support when required.
