Junior Planner

Primary Purpose Of Role
The Junior Planner is responsible for:
Assisting the Planner with Merchandise and Assortment plans.
General reporting and business analysis.
Size and category analysis to define buy quantities.
Providing financial analysis to ensure that financial goals and sales targets are met
Key Result Areas and Responsibilities
Assist with analysis and reporting to influence decisions and overall business performance.
Financial Performance
Contribute to the achievement of the department's sales and gross profit targets.
Assist with accurate, timely business analysis to the buying/planning team to maximise sales, margin and optimise inventory performance.
Assist with commercial analysis to inform and confirm buying decisions.
Analyse and forecast sales, profits, purchases and stocks, by department and class and product
Operational Excellence
