Junior Pipeline Designer (Calgary)

What You Would Do in This Role

• Draft moderate‑to‑complex 2D drawings, charts, schedules, etc.
• Prepare as‑built drawings based on field red‑line markups.
• Develop designs and layouts requiring theoretical and practical knowledge in a specialized field.
• Ensure work complies with mandatory accuracy levels and time constraints.
• Direct work for a small number of Junior Designers/Drafters, providing guidance and instructing on work methods, and checking finished work.
• Produce 2D drawings including PFDs, P&IDs;, DPDTs, MSDs, plot plans, key plans, and site plans.
• Create intelligent P&IDs; using Plant 3D or equivalent software.
• Conduct 3D modeling using Plant 3D software.

Requirements

• Technical school certification, degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
