This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills within mental health services while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Main duties of the job

• Provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy and medicines management service to the mental health unit, including ward pharmacy visits, multidisciplinary team meetings, and consultant reviews in an inpatient setting.
• Support patients and families by advising on medication use, optimising treatment, and liaising with acute and other care providers to ensure seamless transfer of care.
