Job Description

Junior Performance Marketer needed to support paid media execution, creative production, and marketing ops. You should be comfortable inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and able to learn new platforms quickly when needed. This is a hands on role for someone who can follow SOPs, move fast without sacrificing accuracy, and communicate clearly when something looks off.
You will handle day to day execution tasks like building and uploading campaigns, creating ads, updating budgets and targeting, and running QA checks to confirm everything is set up correctly before and after launch. You will also assist with basic tracking tasks such as building UTMs, checking conversions, and flagging any issues with pixels or event firing. Optimization will be guided by our direction at first, but you should be able to pull performance snapshots and explain what changed and what happened in plain English.
